I founded my Cambridge based personal training business 10 years ago after a career in accounts with
the sole purpose of helping people of all ages who arent traditionally into fitness. I like to think this helps me understand
people's needs and pressures with regards to fitting fitness into their lives.
I believe
fitness should be open to all and try to keep my prices reasonable to reflect this. Hence I am not the most expensive
trainer on the market but that doesnt mean you get anything less.
In addition to personal training and group
personal training I offer a variety of reasonable priced fitness classes including circuits(bootcamps), Shape
N Tone - a traditional LBT style class and Mature Adult Exercise Classes in Bar Hill, Oakington and Fen
Ditton.
I am a member of the government approved Register of Exercise Professionals at Level
4 Advanced status and also a member of the National Register of Personal Trainers. I have numerous fitness qualifications
including but not limited to GP Referral, Level 4 Chronic Lower Back Pain, Level 4 Obesity and Diabetese Management, Level
3 Postural Correction, Certified Spinning Instructor, MMA(Boxercise), Advanced Circuits, Advanced Abs and Core, Kettle Bell
Instructor and Diploma in Personal Training.
My own fitness interests include running marathons, 1/2
marathons, spinning classes and playing tennis even if I am not the best player in the world. Just for balance I also
love muscials, shows, shopping and eating out and love pop music.
With my personal training and advanced fitness qualifications I specialise in helping people with medical conditions
such as Diabetese, Arthritis, Anxiety, Depression, Joint
Problems, Asthma, Pregnancy, Obesity, Osteoporosis and Heart Disease improve their fitness and their lives which gives me a great sense
of achievement.
In
addition to these conditions I am a specialist in Chronic Lower Back Pain Management, Postural Correction Specialist and
Diabetes and Obesity Management having taken advanced courses in these areas.
I also work with many people
who are interested in improving their running, just wanting to improve their fitness or wanting to tone up.
