The Fitness Class

Bar Hill Church Hall      Mondays 7.30 to 8.30pm

Oakington Sports Pavilion Thursdays     6.15-7.15pm


Is a lady friendly class aimed at ladies in their 30s, 40s and 50s to help with weightloss and tone up those all important areas such the mid sections, bums and thighs.  The class is suitable for any fitness level and  comprises:
  • An Aerobic Warm Up
  • Pilates Exercises
  • Resistance Exercises focusing on the whole body
  • Cardiovascular Exercise
  • Boxercise
  • Abdominal and Core Exercises
  • An Aerobic Cool Down
  • Stretches

Classes cost £4 per session
or £32 for 10 non consecutive sessions

Over 55s Fitness Class
Bar Hill Church            Tuesdays 10-11am

Fen Ditton Church Hall Tuesdays  2.30-3.30pm

Oakington Sports Pavilion Fridays   10-11am

Allowing you to work at your own pace.    The class is specifically designed for the older adult.  There is no floor work and no impact work here.  The class is aimed at improving and maintaining fitness, strength and mobility.  Set to music from you era.    Includes:

  • An Aerobic Warm Up
  • Resistance Exercises
  • Falls Prevention Exercise
  • Core Workout
  • Cardio Vascular Exercise.
  • An Aerobic Cool Down
  • Stretches

The class costs £2.75 a session or
£24 for 10 non consecutive classes.
