The Fitness Class
Bar Hill Church Hall Mondays 7.30 to 8.30pm Oakington Sports Pavilion Thursdays 6.15-7.15pm Is a lady friendly class aimed at ladies in their 30s, 40s and 50s to help with weightloss and tone up those all important
areas such the mid sections, bums and thighs. The class is suitable for any fitness level and comprises: - An Aerobic Warm Up
- Pilates
Exercises
- Resistance Exercises focusing on the whole body
- Cardiovascular Exercise
- Boxercise
- Abdominal and Core Exercises
- An Aerobic Cool Down
- Stretches
Classes cost £4 per session or £32 for 10 non
consecutive sessions
