The Fitness Class is aimed at people
in their 30s, 40s and 50s in the Cambridge area. The classes in Bar Hill and Oakington have a warm and friendly
atmosphere, are suitable for any fitness level. With an aerobic warm up and cool down and a circuit of exercises
incorporating a variety of different fitness styles so as you never get bored. The class aims to make you
feel fitter and up for everyday life aiding weightloss, helping you tone up and provide you with a fun and enjoyable
evening. So come on Cambridge and give it a go? Classes cost £4 per session, £3 concessions*
or £32 for 10 non consecutive sessions, £26 for concessions*
