Training with a group is a great way to increase motivation, build team spirit, gain confidence, meet new people and
– of course – improve your fitness and wellbeing. You can train indoors, in your garden or a nearby
park.
We offer personal training group sessions for up to 3 people per session and bespoke training classes
for up to 8 people. Group Training Sessions can vary to suit your needs: from specific muscle conditioning
to large multi-joint compound strength training, from low impact aerobics to circuit training, from stretch and relaxation
to boxing drills. I also offer running, jogging, or power walking for Fitness combined with Fun.
