Home Training

We specialise in home training this means:

  • You save time travelling to and from a gym.
  • You save the expense of a gym fee and then additional personal training fees.
  • More variety of things to do from indoor workouts to great outdoor workouts.
  • Training is easier to fit around you other commitments.

Flexibility

We offer training 6 days a week with a variety of slots to suit most needs.

Different clients have different needs therefore some clients may need to see a trainer every week others may want to see a trainer less frequently and work largely on their own but value expert input into their programmes.

Outside your sessions you may need support to help you achieve your goals.  Support is available via telephone, text and email.
