Shape N Tone

Join my friendly, welcoming fitness class at Bar Hill Church, Mondays at 7pm.

 

£6 per session or 10 sessions for £50.

​

This effective class  with low‑impact impact options is perfect for adults in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond who want to boost energy, improve strength and mobility, and feel more confident in everyday movement — all within a supportive, relaxed community.

 

With over 20 years’ experience, I guide you through a joint‑friendly warm‑up followed by simple, effective strength and conditioning exercises designed to:

​

  • improve balance and stability

  • build functional strength

  • protect your joints

  • support injury recovery and prevention

  • increase stamina at a comfortable pace

 

Every exercise includes adaptable options, so you can work at a level that feels right for your body.  We finish with  stretching to ease tension and support flexibility.

​

Bring a mat and some gentle weights.
