With over 20 years experience, our warm and professional instructor will guide you through a warm up and a combination of high intensity interval training exercises aimed at helping you burn calories, improve your fitness and stamina and strength conditioning exercises toning your muscles, building strength and protecting your joints followed by stretches to finish.
