Each and every personal training session is designed around you as an individual.  But if you do decide to explore personal training with me this is what you can expect:


A free no obligation consultation

  • Get to know each other

  • Learn and set your training goals

  • Workout what you like and dislike fitness wise

  • What might effect your training – medical conditions, time availability etc. 

Home/online based training

  • No wasted travel time going to the gym for your personal training sessions 

  • No expensive gym membership in addition to the fee of a personal trainer 

  • More variety in your personal training sessions as we can be both indoors or outdoors

  • I bring the equipment for your personal training sessions or help you choose some fitness equipment for your personal training sessions.   

  • Your personal training session is easier to fit around you other commitments. 

  • Flexibility, I offer personal training sessions 6 days a week within the Cambridge area with a variety of slots to suit most needs.

  • Affordable rates - Price from as little as £32 per session when you sign up for 12 or £40 for a single session.
